Myconos/Santorini

Myconos is a beautiful island, the town is a maze of small winding lanes. We were there over the orothodox easter. The sat night the entire town walked through the streets with candles - very pretty. Fireworks went off all night and the resturants were packed!!. We met some canadian girls and went to several bars sunday night and partied in true myconos style.

Santorini has great boutiqutes and cliff side cafes. We walked down the famous steps and took a traditional ship to the volcano. We are enjoying the food and shopping.

We return to athens in two days (we exchanged the 9 hour ferry for a 1 hour flight) then elise heads home. (Boo) I cant wait to hit rome and see warren, I have missed him over the past 3 weeks!!!

Hello from Greece

I am sitting in a little internet cafe in te tendy suburb of Plaka in Athens. Elise and I leave for Myconos today - its a 6 hour ferry ride but it should be nice.

Egypt was amazing - the 5* hotels were beautiful, the cruise down the nile was great ant the monuments were breath taking. Abu Simble was my favourite (temple with 4 statues outside) we climbed down into a burial chamber of one of the pyramids and went to the busy market places of luxor and aswan.

She has left me behind..

Well Amanda has arrived safe. She is in Egypt having a great time checking out all the pyramids and the sphinx and temple's she said its awesome.

While she is having an awesome time over there. I'm still in Aus spending my time seeing the damn doctor trying to get my arm out of this cast. I have spent most of this week moving all my stuff out of my house in Newcastle back to my Dads house in Danman witch is a 2 hour drive away. Its not fun I hate moving.

Its the Easter long weekend time to chillout and party with friends and family before I leave. Might have a few drinks to celebrate and get rid of all the stress.

Well there are only 2 weeks left till I'm in Rome with the very pretty Amanda. I can't wait to see her and start our journey together its going to be awesome.

3 days to go!!!!

With the countdown almost over I have been so busy. I quit my job (Hoorey) emptied my savings account (ouch) and bought 3 new nail polishes! (essential).

The exchange rate is murder - 1 feeble Aussie doller buys 59 euros and I havn't even looked at the english pounds!. We do kick ass with the egyption pounds however 4:1 so expect lots of egyptian gifts.

Warren still has 3 weeks before he joins me in Rome (cast-less I hope!)
