Prague, old town square
The Old Town Square or Staromestske Namesti. Is a large cobble stone area surrounded by 10 centuary churches and buildings. Cafes and markets spill onto the square and the astronomical clock (3 clocks in one) chimes every hour. Very cute - a skeleton (death) chimes his bell and turns an hourglass and the 12 apostles parade past a window. We then walked to the top of Petrin Hill- a beautiful walk through autumn trees (crazy black squillels running everywhere) from the top we had an awesome view over the entire city. We went iceskating in the citys lagest icerink and watched small children beat each other up with hockey sticks. We found a very cool vego resturant and warren (again) over tipped the beautiful blonde waitress!! (Czech women are gorgeous)
